Q: Do you charge a trip charge?

A: We don't charge a trip charge; we do charge for one-way drive time. 

Q: I see that you don't charge a trip charge, just one-way drive time, but I also see you cap that at an hour. What if my property is within the service area but 2 hours away?

A: We promise to cap the drive time charge at 1 hour, even if it takes us 2 hours to get there.
